Resources and more

Welcome to the Love Your Neighbour Alumni Resource Site. We have collated resources from various Hubs, active partners, as well as internal Love Your Neighbour resources. The idea for this site is to share knowledge and ideas, avoid the duplication of work, and collaborate. Resources will be added over time, so if there are additional resources here that you would like see, or that you’d like to share, please get in touch.

Resources

  • Loop is our purpose-built Impact Management System designed specifically for Love Your Neighbour Hubs. It enables Hubs to measure and visualise their data, allowing for easier interpretation and analysis. You can track your food provision, debt support, employment support, community programmes, as well as custom KPIs.

Loop’s features also include real-time visibility of data, guidance for analysis, the ability to delegate reporting to multiple team members, a feature to track custom KPIs, help sheets for shared understanding about the correct way to report, and more.

Our vision for data management is that it will provide understanding that can ultimately lead to meaningful change in your Hubs and communities.

Take a look at Loop here.

  • Fundraising is an ongoing venture. The Love Your Neighbour fundraising team have put together a helpful resource which outlines potential fundraising opportunities and advice.

Forums

Forums are a space for Hubs to brainstorm around particular topics, hear from experts, and collaborate with one another. Forums in the past have included topics such as Befriending, Mental Health, Family Support, and others. See our Forums page for recordings of past Forums and information on when the next Forum will be taking place.

Hubs and partners

  • Hubs are partnering with a number of national organisations across the UK. Download our matrix to see which Hubs are partnering with which national organisations, in various locations around the UK. The area refers to the location of the Hub, rather than the location of the national partner. We appreciate that some partnerships are context specific, so we hope this matrix can help show you who holds which active partnerships in your local area. You are then invited to reach out to Hubs specifically to discuss partnerships if you’d like to. If you need support to get in touch with a Hub to talk about their partnerships, please contact us.

  • Our active charity partners matrix is split out by ministry area - for example it shows you which Hubs are working with debt support partners. So, if you are interested in opening a debt advice centre and want to speak to Hubs already working in partnership with an organisation, you can reach out to them directly or contact us and we connect you. We are excited to see more fruitful partnership develop in the near future!

  • Love Your Neighbour has piloted a National Partnership with the Food and Community Trust. The partnership seeks to provide Hubs with food and essentials at the lowest possible price, subsequently saving hubs time and money. Mainly, the project supplies hubs  with food and toiletries. The partnership has been piloted with hubs across  the UK   One Hub saved £6,000 in a single food order, which compounded over the year could equate to an annual saving of £30,000.
